A few things GYM has taught me.

1. If you want something, you have to start working for it:
When I started gym I was barely able to do any exercise by my own. I always need someone to guide or look after me while I was doing some exercise. Where I was not even capable of doing 10 kg bench press and on other hand my fellow guys used to bench press of 90kg, 100kg and some somewhere around this. But this is the actual time when your passion, your patience is checked. What I have learnt at that time is;

Don’t compare yourself to someone else. Because you are very own kind of personality, don’t try to be someone else. And if you are doing so, that means you are insulting yourself. Everyone got something special and we have to find out that special thing resides within us.”

2. Never Back Down:
I would not be mistaken if I say;” I got this attitude only by working out in gym”.
During your journey of success, you sometimes feel that the results are not coming or it’s not happening the way you want it. Then this is the right time when you have to change the gear of your efforts and have to tell yourself to keep moving forward and don’t look back. Put more efforts, dedicate yourself in doing that work and remove that thought of giving up. Then you will see the miracles will start happening.

So, don’t ever try to give up and keep moving forward; no matter what the situation is and one day u’ll be there.”

3. Consistency (Persistence):
Well, this is the most important and significant thing, gym has taught me. If you want something so badly, then you have to go towards that thing with that much passion and dedication, don’t even miss a single day of your practice. Refreshing brakes are supposed to be there, because these breaks are equally important in the journey of success.
In the gym, we never take a day off from our schedule. Missing even a single day could distract you and lead you to inconsistency. “Don’t make that thing a part of life make it your lifestyle”. No matter how tough it would be for you to workout that day, but put all your excuses aside and get time for working out.
If you really want that particular thing, if your success is really important for you than you’ll find the time for that thing”.

4. Don’t ask for Respect:
Well, it sounds pretty unpleasant because everyone wants respect. Let me tell you friends,” Respect is something which you cannot ask for, you always has to earn it”.
Talk to everyone politely and give respect everyone whether that person is younger or elder than you. Because life is a kind of mirror what you do it reflects back the same. When you indulge in your work up to that level, where no one could do that particular thing better than you then indeed, everyone would follow you and everyone would like to be as the way you are. These thing friends, this will lead you to get respect.
Never stop learning even though you are on the top because this thing would never let you feel that you know everything and now there is nothing to do with life.
So, keep learning and stay young; and always remember for becoming successful

  •      Start doing things
  •      Never back down
  •           Consistent work
  •        Don’t ask for respect
